The integral plan begins with your personal likes and dislikes, wishes needs and features you want.
Then we include family and friends along with the cultural aspects to incorporate the look and style as well as how the new changes blend into the home, not just the house.
From here the mechanical and technical parts are considered. How are things built from the quality of construction, brand of appliances to the strength and durability of materials? This area needs good trades and suppliers who know what is good and why, and are able to make it happen.
The result is how well the project looks and functions. This all becomes the ‘added value’ to your home and lifestyle (the benefit of the features).
Some say ‘form follows function’. This puts the emphasis on the function over the form or looks. One of America’s greatest architects (Frank Lloyd Wright) rephrased this popular notion by saying, ‘form and function are one joined in a holy union’. This gives equal emphasis to both look and how it works making it truly ‘Integral’.
By filling out the form we can start to address all the area’s which we can then discuss and incorporate in our meetings. And in doing so, we start to build a more complete and integral plan.

Yeah I am still super happy with how everything is looking and coming together!!!! I have yet to get out my laser tape measure to make sure everything is down to the fraction of a millimeter though ;-) just kidding.
